Common questions

How do I pair with my partner?

Open the app, go to pairing, and share your invitation code with your partner. Once they enter it, your shared spaces sync automatically.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them anytime from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I download my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy to export all of your data as a JSON file.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Deletion has a 30-day grace period: you're signed out immediately and your data is permanently erased 30 days later. You can cancel by signing back in within those 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
