Each sub-processor processes personal data on our behalf, under written terms that bind them to confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this list and our Privacy Policy.

Adequacy and Safeguards
Zafiro Labs operates from Uruguay, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Transfers between our sub-processors located outside the EEA and EEA-based users are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
